Hi guys. B.com 2nd sem.'s English exam is going to be held on 7th may 2017. In this article we will discuss about:

-How to Prepare lessons for exam 

-Important Questions.

1.How to prepare lessons:

                                                                  Dear friends there are total 7 Essays, 14 Poetry and 4 Chapters of  Applied Grammar.This is a new syllabus for 2nd. sem. students and there is no previous year question paper for this.Let us discuss one by one:

-Preparation of Paragraphs:  

                                                             In exam you have to do 2 passage.One passage will come from poetry and other will come from Essay.Actually there will 2 passage of essay will come and you have to do only one.For essay's paragraphs do:
 1,(power of prayer) 
 2,(Vivekananda) 
5(Simply Living), 
7th(Climate Change and Human Strategy) Chapters. {this is only for passage not for question answer}

And for poetry's paragraph do:
1,2,3,4th Chapter.    (first 4 chapters) {this is only for passage not for question answer}

You need not to prepare paragraphs of all lessons.Just prepare these lessons very well and you will get paragraph questions from these lessons.

-Preparation of Question Answers:

                                                                         In exam there will be 3 questions from essays and 3  questions from poetry (in 100-150) words.In these 3 question you have to attempt any 2 from both essay and poetry.So total 6 question comes in exam in which you need to attempt only 4 (2 from essay and 2 from poetry.To prepare these questions you need to read all chapter because these are short question and any question will come from any lesson.

A long question of 10 marks from essay and poetry also come.Important lessons to prepare 10 marks question:

Essay:
-1st Chapter(Power of prayer)
-2nd(Vivekananda)
-4th(On the Ignorance of the Learned)
-7th Climate Change and Human Strategy

Poetry:
-1st Chapter
-2nd chapter
-3rd Chapter
-4th Chapter
If you prepare all these lessons for 10 marks questions you will definitely find a question that will come from these lessons.So you need not to prepare all lessons just go for these lessons, mentioned above.
